Our cooler is filling up with all sorts of fantastic new bulb varieties that will put on a show in your summer flower bed. Don’t wait too long, these will be flying out our doors with their fantastic color and size potential. I am in love with “Sir Alfred Ramsay” a delicious concoction of dark pink and creamy white. I can’t wait to get one of these in the garden! We’ve got other great colors as well as bulb collections of gladiolas and cannas.

It’s been awhile since our flag companies have produced a full line of windsocks, but they’ve come back with a delightful line of colorful jewels that will brighten up your yard or garden. Whimsical bugs and birds will have you smiling as you look out your window. The neighbors will also enjoy the view. 

These darling pine straw and wood figures would be perfect hiding in your houseplants. Owls have been a big seller for use this past year, but we predict that our hedgehogs are going to give them a run for their money. These just want to make you smile, they're so darn cute!

Fairy Gardens are a must! Fairy Gardens are still a strong category this season. We love all of the tiny accessories that are available for building your own fairy garden. This is a great project for kids and parents or grandparents. Sort of like building a doll house outdoors! This sweet solar fairy will light up your yard and garden during the evening hours. If you have problems with weedy grasses growing in your perennial beds, look no further for the solution! We are so excited about “Over the Top” grass killer from Fertilome.  This product can be used right over the top of a large variety of perennial flowers and shrubs without fear of harming your beautiful garden. Works best on young plants, so make sure to pick up a bottle and have it ready when the perennials and those pesky grasses start to emerge. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on broadleaf weeds like dandelions or creeping jenny, but at least we’ve got one problem solved!

Winter time feeding of animals, especially deer and rodents, can wreak havoc with your flower, trees and shrubs. One of our favorite products to control pests is Plantskydd.
